Mission
Under the supervision of the Road Service Director, the Road Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing heavy mobile equipment required for construction work, either at the customer’s location or on the job site.

Your Day-to-Day:
-
Detect and repair breakdowns and malfunctions to ensure machines operate safely and efficiently

Maintain all systems and components of heavy equipment: engines, transmissions, fuel systems, charging and starting systems, electrical and electronic systems, hydraulic systems, etc.

Complete work orders and maintenance records in the digital system, as well as parts requisitions

Use a computer and specialized software to assist in diagnostics and problem-solving

Be available on a rotating schedule for evening and weekend emergency service coverage
Profil
Your Profile:
-
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in heavy equipment mechanics, electromechanics, or heavy vehicle mechanics

Valid Class 5 driver's license

Experience repairing diesel engines and electrical, hydraulic, and electronic components
-
Comfortable using computers and maintenance software
-
Basic English skills (able to read service manuals)

Ability to manage challenging customer interactions

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Autonomous and resourceful
